MET Malaysia Issues Danger-Level Rain Warning for Four States Until Nov 26

Kuala lumpur: The Malaysian Meteorological Department (MET Malaysia) has issued a Continuous Rain Warning (Danger) expected to persist until November 26, affecting Perlis, several districts in Kedah, Kelantan, and Besut in Terengganu.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the statement from MET Malaysia identified the affected areas in Kedah as Langkawi, Kubang Pasu, Kota Setar, Pokok Sena, Padang Terap, Yan, Pendang, and Sik. In Kelantan, the warning covers Tumpat, Pasir Mas, Kota Bharu, Tanah Merah, Bachok, Machang, and Pasir Puteh.

Additionally, a Continuous Rain Warning (Severe) has been issued for several areas in Kedah, Penang, Perak, Kelantan, and Terengganu until the same date. For the Alert-level warning, districts in Perak, Pahang, and Selangor are expected to experience continuous rain until November 24 and 26.
