Serdang: Multiplex Property Group marked a key milestone today with the official opening of its new headquarters in Taman Bukit Serdang, held in conjunction with the soft launch of Alamanda Heights Residence, a 36-storey freehold condominium development. The event was officiated by Transport Minister Anthony Loke Siew Fook, who commended the developer's commitment to enhancing urban development and creating community-centred spaces in Selangor.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, Multiplex Property Group chairman Datuk Adam Lee stated that the new headquarters and residential project underscored the Group's continued growth and long-term presence in the region. He noted that the establishment of the new office headquarters, along with the introduction of Alamanda Heights Residence to the public, marks an important step forward for the Group. The development aligns with their vision of delivering homes that offer strategic location, modern design, and long-term value.
The new headquarters, completed in 2019 and equipped with a Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC), now serves as the Group's central command hub. It supports Alamanda Heights Residence, ongoing projects, and several upcoming high-rise and landed developments. The facility aims to enhance internal coordination, improve project delivery, and strengthen service efficiency for stakeholders.
Alamanda Heights Residence is set to feature 440 units across various layouts, including RSKU units, with piling works currently underway and completion targeted within three years. The project offers strong connectivity within Taman Bukit Serdang and provides access to nearby highways and established amenities.
The launch event was attended by over 250 guests, including government officials, industry partners, and financial institutions. It featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony, lion dance performance, office tour, show unit tour, and media engagement session.
