According to BERNAMA News Agency, central to this effort is Setel, PDB's proprietary digital platform, which has played a pivotal role in strengthening customer engagement and accelerating the adoption of cashless and seamless transactions nationwide. During FY2025, this digital capability was instrumental in supporting the successful rollout of the Government's BUDI MADANI RON95 (BUDI95) subsidy framework, ensuring smooth implementation while maintaining continuous nationwide operations.
