Two Men Drown While Vacationing in Langkawi

Langkawi: Two men drowned while swimming off Pantai Chenang, Langkawi, yesterday. Langkawi Police deputy chief Supt Samsulmuddin Sulaiman reported that they received a notification about the incident at 6.05 pm.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the victims, aged 38 and 46, were from Selangor. They had traveled to Langkawi with their families for a holiday. Tragically, both men were pulled out of the sea by members of the public and were subsequently taken to the Sultanah Maliha Hospital in Langkawi, where they were pronounced dead.
